NREMT

Well, I took my NREMT test 3 weeks ago. I passed!!!!!!!! I am now a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician. Now all I have to do is register with the state by sending in the paperwork. Then I can go ride with the Ambulances.YEA!!!! I am so proud of myself! Especially since I finished the class in December last year. I read the 700 page book the week before the test. Yes, in one week I read the whole book. That was insane!! Plus I am still working full time ( 4-10s)

So with my EMT, once I go work for them, they will pay for me to become a paramedic. Like the police dept pays recruits. Then I'm sure I'll have to sign a contract for a year to stay with them. But after that I can go to school for 1 year and become a nurse. After that I can become a Nurse Practitioner and make lots of money. YEA!!! So there's my long term goal. I'd really like to work in the baby nursery, NICU, or OB/GYN. That would be awesome.

Anyways...That's my news. I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
